Pink eye and Covid-19 may be more related than you know. Patients with COVID-19 infection can present in many ways. One of the symptoms include conjunctivitis which is an infection of the conjunctiva or more commonly identified as the white part of the eye. Conjunctivitis may be the ONLY initial symptom, so don’t take it lightly!
To date, there’s no effective treatment or vaccines available against the Covid-19 pandemic. Practice personal hygiene, social distancing and abide by the MCO.
